4Seven Manual Therapy is a medical PLLC strategically focused on soft tissue care for acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, peripheral neuropathies, postural malalignments, corrective exercise, and many other soft tissue based needs to maintain a pain free lifestyle. 4Seven utilizes many modalities to achieve success for patients, however our chief modality of choice is Active Release Techniques. Owner and practitioner, Ben Hooper, is ART certified and is given the honor of being an ART Elite Provider. We welcome you to our website, and we look forward to serving the greater DFW area.

Biography
Ben Hooper is a state licensed and nationally certified athletic trainer. He has a vast degree of experience, which ranges from traditional athletic training roles to clinical and surgical capacities. He currently serves Grapevine Colleyville ISD middle school students with athletic training services, as well as strength and conditioning oversight. Ben worked at The Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Institute, primarily supporting the clinic's orthopedic surgeons as physician extender/clinician and surgical first assist. Prior to working in the clinical setting, Ben was the Head Athletic Trainer at Ennis ISD. Adding to a successful tenure at Ennis, Ben has enjoyed additional success at Kennedale and Jacksonville ISDs.

Ben was a graduate student athletic trainer at Stephen F. Austin State University, where he received a Master of Science in Athletic Training. Prior to that, he was an undergraduate athletic training student at Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.
Ben is a NATA-BOC certified athletic trainer, licensed athletic trainer in the state of Texas, Orthopedic Technician Certified, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Graston soft tissue mobilization certified, and licensed NCT x-ray technician. Ben is also one of a handful of providers in the state of Texas certified in Active Release Technique. It is the Gold Standard of soft tissue care, and he is only one of four athletic trainers in the state certified.

Ben and his wife, Amber, live in the Keller/Grapevine area with their two children. In his spare time, Ben enjoys watching and playing sports, working out, time with his wonderful family, and rooting on his beloved Green Bay Packers.
