What Our Clients Say

  • Call Ben ASAP

I incurred a shoulder injury that landed me in physical therapy twice and saw three different orthopedic surgeons seeking answers for my shoulder. After six months of very minimal use, despite PT, I learned of ART from Ben. Within four sessions I regained mobility and was given stretches to continue strengthening the shoulder for stability and ongoing health/healing. I cannot recommend ART enough! If you have an injury or are seeking preventative care, give Ben a call asap! -Whitney

  • Nerve Pain Gone!

You definitely need to call Ben and get relief from pain now. I had dealt with a pain in my lower right leg. I went to the doctor and chiropractor. I started taking gabapentan. It went on this way for a couple of years. Then around Thanksgiving this past year I had the pain run from my lower back all the way down my right leg. I hardly could walk. I went to the Chiropractor and had the tens machine put on me. Usually this is my favorite part. I couldn't lay there with this machine going. I hurt so bad. I went and saw Ben, and within a few visits with ART, I am free of this siactic nerve pain. I no longer had to take the gabapentan. I highly recommend giving Ben a call and get him to help you out!!!! - Judy

  • Easy to Understand

Ben is an amazing practitioner, he is genuinely concerned about your well-being and putting you on the best path forward regardless of your injury. Whether it be mobilization, strengthening, or stabilization Ben is going to find what your body needs and he's going to explain it to you in a way that makes everything super clear. - Brandon

  • Long Time Client

There is not a single person I trust more with my physical well-being than Ben Hooper! From managing a chronic injury throughout my division-I collegiate playing career, to my now coaching career (and over all Mom-exercising-marathon training, etc.), Ben always knows how to locate and work on trouble areas, and typically finds areas I didn’t even know were trouble areas contributing elsewhere. Most recently Ben had my lower legs feeling the best they have in years just before my half marathon race — immediate and lasting relief each time I visit. There’s no doubt in my mind that Ben Hooper is one of the most professional, competent trainers, therapists, etc in the DFW area and I couldn’t recommend him more!

If you're someone who's constantly dealing with chronic tension in your shoulders and neck, then I completely understand how frustrating it can be. Not only does it cause severe discomfort, but it can also lead to migraines, which can further disrupt your daily life. Recently, I had the opportunity to meet with Mr. Hooper, who introduced me to some exercises and stretches that have been extremely helpful in alleviating my pain. With just a few sessions, I was able to significantly reduce the tension in my shoulders and neck, which has ultimately helped prevent the onset of migraines. If you're looking for a solution to your chronic muscle tension, I highly recommend visiting Mr. Hooper at 4Seven Manual Therapy. Trust me, it's worth it! -Kendra
